Arkansas Nurse Accused Bill Clinton Of Rape, Then Hillary Tried To Silence Her When She Came Forward

Remember when an Arkansas *nurse* accused Bill Clinton of r*ping her while he was Attorney General, then Hillary tried to silence her when she came forward?

Juanita Broaddrick, a retired Arkansas nurse took to Twitter on January 6, 2016 to reignite claims that Clinton r*ped her,

“I was 35 years old when Bill Clinton, Ark. Attorney General r*ped me and Hillary tried to silence me. I am now 73….it never goes away.”

The post was made in response to Hillary Clinton’s post on s*xual assault victims, “To every survivor of s*xual ass*ult, you have the right to be heard. You have the right to be believed. We’re with you – Hillary”

Broaddrick said Hillary’s comments were… Thoroughly disgusting.

Broaddrick has long claimed it was Hillary that tried to silence her when she came forward with the allegations against her husband.

Timeline of events:

April 25, 1978:

Broaddrick, a 35-year-old nursing home administrator, met then-Arkansas Attorney General Bill Clinton, 31, at the Camelot Hotel in Little Rock to talk about campaign support.

She says he forcibly ass*ulted her in a hotel room, biting her lip and leaving visible injuries.

She immediately told her husband and two friends, who later testified that she did in fact tell them of the ass*ult.

Late 1978:

Under pressure during Clinton’s gubernatorial bid, Broaddrick said she was forced to sign an affidavit denying that Bill did anything ‘improper’ adding that she feared for her own safety and the survival of her business.

1998:

As part of Paula Jones’ s*xual harassment lawsuit against Clinton, Broaddrick was interviewed by independent counsel Kenneth Starr’s team.

Investigators said that her story was credible, and included it in their report, saying that it was “at least possibly true.”

February 16, 1999:

The Wall Street Journal published a detailed exposé based on Broaddrick’s allegations, prompting national attention during Clinton’s impeachment over the Monica Lewinsky affair.

February 24, 1999:

Broaddrick went public on  Dateline, tearfully recounting the ass*ult in vivid detail ****

“He grabbed me on the shoulder and he asked me if I would mind coming to his room… He turned me around and started kissing me… I told him to stop… He just kept coming at me.”

The interview drew widespread coverage but no legal charges, as the statute of limitations had expired.

The Clinton’s have been long accused of racking up a ‘body count’ which critics say gives credibility to Broaddrick’s reason for signing the affidavit.

The “Clinton body count” is a persistent set of accusations alleging that Bill  and Hillary Clinton secretly order the m*rders of political opponents, business associates, and critics—often staging them as suicid*s, accidents, or natural causes—to cover up scandals.

Fact checkers including Snopes, and PolitiFact say these are conspiracy theories.
