A transgender – Hannah Tubbs – who bragged about getting off easy after molesting a child has now been charged with murder.
According to authorities, the first-degree murder charge out of Kern County is related to a 2019 robbery in which they say Tubbs allegedly murdered Michael Clark in April of 2019.

The 26-year-old transgender woman was previously given a sentence of two years at a youth treatment facility because, according to the sentencing judge, the Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón would not move Tubbs’ case out of the juvenile court.
The molestation case goes back to 2014 – when Tubbs was two weeks shy of 18 and identified as a male named James Edward Tubbs. Tubbs plead guilty in January to sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl in the bathroom of a California Denny’s.
Tubbs began identifying as a woman after authorities arrested Tubbs eight years after the crime, according to prosecutors.
Tubbs was caught on a jail phone call bragging about the light sentence and how about not having to register as a sex offender.
