Video: 11 Shot, 1 Killed In Pair Of Mass Shootings In Democrat Chicago, School Boy Seen Running For His Life

A busy six hours for criminals in the Democrat led city of Chicago as 11 people were shot, one fatally in a pair of mass shootings that happened with in a six hour period.

The first shooting took place in what’s called the Back of the Yards neighborhood.

According to police, five teenagers were shot, one of which was killed when a stolen red Mazda drove up to where the teens were standing. Several people got out of  the vehicle and started shooting at the teens.

During the shooting, what appears to be a school aged child can be seen running away as the shots were being fired.

A 19-year-old man was shot twice, once in the head. He was taken to a local area hospital where he later died, police said.

Two 16-year-olds, and two 18-year-olds were shot – some multiple times. Two victims are in critical condition, the other two are listed in good condition.

According to police a SWAT team was called in to help search for the suspects. They recovered three weapons but no one has been taken into custody.

The second shooting took place in Jackson Park when police say someone pulled up in an SUV and started shooting out of the vehicle before taking off.

At least six people were shot – four of whom were women. The victims ranged in age from 22-37 years old.

All the victims were taken to local area hospitals,  two of women were listed in critical condition after being shot in the abdomen and the chest.

Chicago has seen a spike in violent crime under the leadership of democrat mayor Lori Lightfoot.

2021 ended as one of the most violent on record in Chicago, in fact, there were more homicides in a single year than in the last 25 years, according to police department statistics.

In 2021, Chicago had 797 homicides which is the most since 1996. There were also 3,561 shootings in the windy city in 2021.

That trend is continuing into 2022.

According to police, recent shootings, carjacking and retail thefts in affluent neighborhoods have put people on alert about the skyrocketing violence in Chicago.

In response to the Anti-Police | Black Lives Matter Riots in 2020 Lightfoot pledged to cut $80 million from her city’s police budget, according to InjusticeWatch,

And even though violent crime in Chicago is at record levels, the Democrat Governor of Illinois – Pritzker- is moving forward with eliminating cash bail after signing an omnibus bill that will take effect on January 1, 2023.

Many experts believe this will further increase crime in Chicago.
