New York Supreme Court Reinstates All Employees Fired For Being Unvaccinated, Orders Backpay

The Supreme Court of New York found that being vaccinated ‘does not’ stop Covid-19 from spreading, and has reinstated all employees who were fired for not being vaccinated. The State’s high court took it a step further and ordered back pay for those employees saying their rights had been violated.

In it’s finding, the court found that “being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or transmitting COVID-19.”

This, even though The White House, Fauci, Dr. Birx, and thousands of corporations across the nation claimed that unvaccinated people were responsible for the spread of Covid, shunning those who did not get vaccinated.

In fact, many states began requiring vaccination cards to enter grocery stores, entertainment venues, etc. and places of businesses started requiring employees to get vaccinated or face losing their jobs.

Including Joe Biden who enacted a federal vaccine mandate.

Earlier this year, New York CIty Mayor Eric Adams said that his administration would not rehire employees who were fired for not getting vaccinated, under the vaccine mandate that was adopted under former Mayor Bill de Blasio. NYC fired about 1,400 employees for not being vaccinated – many of those were police officers and firefighters.

Mayor Adams was called out for being hypocrite for waiving the vaccine mandates for athletes and performers while firefighters and police officers were still being fired over the mandate.
